• RUSH DIRECT surcharge of $.60 (v) per piece
• RUSH DIRECT must be designated on the order.
• Completed order and artwork must be received before 3:00 p.m. EST.
• RUSH DIRECT fax number 888-DMC-RUSH (888-362-7874) must be used for the order.
• RUSH DIRECT e-mail address (DMCRUSH@directbag.com) must be used for the artwork.
• Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, and purchase order number, format used.
• One standard location.
• No paper proof approval, all details on order must be complete and accurate.
• Call for lead times for large quantities (over 1,000 impressions)
